My TBR List - February 2016

My To-Be Read List is a meme hosted by Michelle @ Because Reading is Better Than Real Life. In the first saturday of the month, you post a poll where visitors can choose which book you’ll be reading this month. On the second Saturday, you'll announce the book that won and on the last Saturday of the month the book's review is posted.

I saw Ani participating in this and thought it would be fun to do. I find very hard to choose my next read right now. Yesterday, I started listening to another audiobook by Ellen, but I just couldn't get into it.
This is my first ever participation in a meme, so without much further ado this is my list of TBR books:

”Because

Truthwitch by Susan Dennard
Blurb: On a continent ruled by three empires, some are born with a “witchery”, a magical skill that sets them apart from others. In the Witchlands, there are almost as many types of magic as there are ways to get in trouble—as two desperate young women know all too well. Safiya is a Truthwitch, able to discern truth from lie. It’s a powerful magic that many would kill to have on their side, especially amongst the nobility to which Safi was born. So Safi must keep her gift hidden, lest she be used as a pawn in the struggle between empires. Iseult, a Threadwitch, can see the invisible ties that bind and entangle the lives around her—but she cannot see the bonds that touch her own heart. Her unlikely friendship with Safi has taken her from life as an outcast into one of reckless adventure, where she is a cool, wary balance to Safi’s hotheaded impulsiveness. Safi and Iseult just want to be free to live their own lives, but war is coming to the Witchlands. With the help of the cunning Prince Merik (a Windwitch and ship’s captain) and the hindrance of a Bloodwitch bent on revenge, the friends must fight emperors, princes, and mercenaries alike, who will stop at nothing to get their hands on a Truthwitch.
A darker shade of magic by V.E.Schwab
Blurb: Kell is one of the last Travelers—rare magicians who choose a parallel universe to visit. Grey London is dirty, boring, lacks magic, ruled by mad King George. Red London is where life and magic are revered, and the Maresh Dynasty presides over a flourishing empire. White London is ruled by whoever has murdered their way to the throne. People fight to control magic, and the magic fights back, draining the city to its very bones. Once there was Black London—but no one speaks of that now. Officially, Kell is the Red Traveler, personal ambassador and adopted Prince of Red London, carrying the monthly correspondences between royals of each London. Unofficially, Kell smuggles for those willing to pay for even a glimpse of a world they’ll never see. This dangerous hobby sets him up for accidental treason. Fleeing into Grey London, Kell runs afoul of Delilah Bard, a cut-purse with lofty aspirations. She robs him, saves him from a dangerous enemy, then forces him to another world for her 'proper adventure'. But perilous magic is afoot, and treachery lurks at every turn. To save all of the worlds, Kell and Lila will first need to stay alive—trickier than they hoped.
It's All Your Fault by Paul Rudnick
Blurb: Up until forty-eight hours ago, Caitlin had never:  Tasted alcohol, kissed a boy, sang in public at the top of her lungs, kidnapped anyone or --- WHAT? STOLEN A CONVERTIBLE? Now she's in jail and has no idea what to tell: The police, her parents, the mayor, all of those camera crews and everyone on Twitter. She has just noticed that:
Her nose is pierced and -- WAIT? IS THAT A TATTOO? She blames one person for the entire insane weekend: Her famous cousin. Who is also her former best friend. Who she has HATED for the past four years.Who she also might miss like crazy. IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT, HELLER HARRIGAN!!!!

I want to read all of them sometime and I know some of you have already read some of these. Click on your suggestion below:
